02 August, 2021 – Mandarin Oriental, Doha is delighted to announce the launch of the new Liang Signature Menu available every Friday and Saturday for guests to experience during Liang restaurant’s lunch sitting from 12 to 3pm. Located adjacent to Mandarin Oriental, Doha in Barahat Msheireb at the heart of Msheireb Downtown, the exciting restaurant showcases authentic Cantonese recipes and select traditional provincial dishes from across China.
Guests will delight to experience the new Liang Signature Menu which presents a variety of the restaurants signature dishes selected by Executive Chef Lam who brings his expertise to elevate Liang as a unique Chinese cuisine experience offering unparalleled authenticity.
Dishes are designed for sharing starting with an assortment of classic Dim Sum served steamed and baked. Guests can also enjoy specialties for the main courses such as the exceptional Peking Duck served with steamed Peking-style pancakes. The menu also includes a dessert dish and featured this month is the refreshing Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo and mango ice cream.
The Liang Signature Menu is available on Friday and Saturday for lunch from 12 to 3pm for QAR 290 per person with a minimum of two guests required. Advance reservations are required.
